What’s In Your Cup?

Tonight we had follow up with some of my TIR students and interns. It’s so much fun watching them grow and continue to learn and expand their skills!

My cup feels full after a night with them. I love this connection for all of us. I love watching them give each other sessions, I love that they connect outside of our training times together for other fun things.

I used to say “they’re my little TIR family” only they aren’t so little anymore! A few weeks back, they gifted me with a basket full of special things to help make this season easier. They had thought of literally everything. One of my favourite of the thoughtful collection of things was a journal with all of them on it, and a family frame. It says “love your TIR family” It was the first time I had ever seen all of these groups of students in one place and it overwhelmed me!

I think of each of them, their hearts to serve. The love they have. The love they share. Their desire to help our community. The genuine, beautiful souls they are. And, my heart is full.

If you’re looking for personal growth, a tribe, a little family …ours is pretty stinking awesome! We are always welcoming new people into our family of facilitators! In fact, two more people begin training in a couple weeks! I’m so blessed that I am feeling well enough to continue some work and training. It’s all so special to me. Leaving for home tonight, my soul feels like it’s had a day at the spa. A great way to head into treatment #4 tomorrow. 💗
